• Lotulelei, White Named Preseason All-Americans
  Phil Steele's College Football Preview, which will hit the newsstands on June 5, cites Utah's Star Lotulelei as a preseason first-team All-America defensive tackle and John White as a third-team All-America running back. Both were named to Phil Steele's preseason All-Pac-12 first team.
• Lotulelei Named to Lott Trophy Watch List
  Utah defensive lineman Star Lotulelei has been named to the watch list for the 2012 Lott IMPACT Trophy, awarded annually to the top defensive IMPACT player of the year.

  Five Utes signed free agent contracts with NFL teams Saturday night: defensive lineman Tevita Finau (Arizona), defensive back Conroy Black (Oakland), defensive end Derrick Shelby (Miami), fullback Shawn Asiata (Miami) and offensive tackle John Cullen (New York Jets). A day earlier, offensive lineman Tony Bergstrom was drafted by Oakland in the third round.
• Tony Bergstrom Drafted by the Oakland Raiders
  Utah offensive lineman Tony Bergstrom was chosen by the Oakland Raiders in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft as the 95th overall pick. Bergstrom becomes the third Ute offensive lineman drafted in the last three years.
• Red Team Rallies for 22-21 Victory in Utah Spring Game
  Back-up quarterback Adam Schulz engineered the game-winning drive and threw a 50-yard touchdown pass to Reggie Dunn in a 22-21 victory by the Red team in the Utah Spring Game Saturday afternoon at Rice-Eccles Stadium.
• Red-White Game is Saturday, April 21
  There is a lot in store for Utah's fifth and final week of spring football camp. The Utes will hold their final two practices on Tuesday and Thursday (3-5 p.m.) before closing camp with the ninth-annual Red-White Spring Game on Saturday, April 21 starting at 1 p.m. in Rice-Eccles Stadium.

  Week 3 of Utah's 2012 spring football camp will feature a scrimmage on Saturday, Apr. 7 from 10 a.m.-noon in Rice-Eccles Stadium. Leading up to the scrimmage will be practices on Tuesday (3-5 p.m.) and Thursday (3-5 p.m.).
