San Francisco 49ers won the Super Bowl by defeating the Miami Dolphins 38 to 16. The San Francisco defense only allowed 25 rushing yards and 16 Dolphins points. With a completed 24 of 35 passes for a Super Bowl record 331 yards and three touchdowns, Joe Montana was named the MVP of the 1985 Super Bowl.
