The North Carolina State Wolfpack NCAA football team currently compete in the Atlantic Coast Conference. As a member of the ACC, the Wolfpack have won 7 conference championships and participated in 23 bowl games, of which they have won 12.

Since 1966 the North Carolina State Wolfpack have played their home games in Carter-Finley Stadium and has a seating capacity of 57,583 seats. The stadium replaced the obsolete on-campus Riddick Stadium and was originally named Carter Stadium, in honor of Harry C. & Wilbert J. “Nick” Carter, both graduates of the university.

  The Chick-fil-A Bowl today announced the official pairings for the sixth annual Chick-fil-A Bowl Challenge charity golf tournament. A 16-team field of NCAA head coaches and celebrity alumni will compete in a two-man scramble format over 18 holes, vying for a first-place prize of $125,000 in scholarship funds.

  The 4th annual Kay Yow Spring Game saw the Black team down the White team, 32-7, in front of 24,797 fans at Carter-Finley Stadium on Saturday.

  In what has become an annual tradition for the NC State football team, coach O'Brien and the 2012 Wolfpack hosted former players Friday afternoon. The Pack first held an open practice, and then the alums had a reception at the football stadium.
