Clemson Tigers football team is an NCAA team from Clemson University in South Carolina. It competes in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision and the Atlantic Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Frank Howard Field at Memorial Stadium is the of the Clemson University Tigers.
Clemson’s rivalry with Georgia Tech dates to 1898 with the first game being played in Atlanta. The game was played in Atlanta for 45 of the first 47 matchups. When Georgia Tech joined the ACC in 1978, The series went to a more traditional home-and-home setup beginning with the 1983 game.

Clemson had four players drafted in the 2012 NFL selection process. Andre Branch was taken in the second round by Jacksonville, the 38th pick of the draft.
